Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager to join our Panel Process and Optics (PPO) Engineering Program Management team for iPhone display. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative display panel and module design & manufacturing process technology to solve complex design challenges that impact future products, quality, and delivery of Apple Displays & Touch technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project plans and schedules, drive project execution, and lead internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities.
  • Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, and present status and issues to stakeholders.
  • Understand and communicate complex technical issues, identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Lead development budgets and engineering builds, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • BS + 3 years relevant experience in hardware design, manufacturing, manufacturing automation, EQ, or OCA/adhesive in module process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership ability, and track record of leading projects and delivering products on time.
  • Ability to work independently, travel internationally, and have hands-on experience in working in display panel or module processes and its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display and Touch industry or other related industries.
