Job Title: Cycle Counter
Department: Materials
Summary
Support the Materials Department by ensuring inventory precision through systematic cycle counts and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting both small and large-scale cycle counts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Utilizing or learning ERP systems, with a preference for Plex knowledge.
- Accurately entering and maintaining inventory data within the ERP system, including location adjustments and control panel management.
- Operating a forklift or demonstrating a willingness to learn is advantageous.
- Engaging in departmental continuous improvement initiatives and supporting lean methodologies.
- Prioritizing safety and adhering to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Upholding the company's mission, vision, and values in daily operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including adherence to 5S principles.
- Complying with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Fostering positive relationships across all organizational levels.
- Performing additional tasks as directed by management, including kitting responsibilities.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in various formats and address problems involving multiple concrete variables.
Physical Demands:
