Job Title: Cycle Counter

Department: Materials

Summary
Support the Materials Department by ensuring inventory precision through systematic cycle counts and related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Conducting both small and large-scale cycle counts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Utilizing or learning ERP systems, with a preference for Plex knowledge.
  • Accurately entering and maintaining inventory data within the ERP system, including location adjustments and control panel management.
  • Operating a forklift or demonstrating a willingness to learn is advantageous.
  • Engaging in departmental continuous improvement initiatives and supporting lean methodologies.
  • Prioritizing safety and adhering to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Upholding the company's mission, vision, and values in daily operations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including adherence to 5S principles.
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Fostering positive relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by management, including kitting responsibilities.
