Job Description

At Ann Arbor Smiles Dental Group, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic dentist to join our team and contribute to our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage two chairs and oversee at least two hygiene columns.
  • Grow in leadership roles through mentorship from our managing partner/CDO.
  • Develop expertise in a specialty area and demonstrate a commitment to our mission, vision, and values.
  • Maintain a full-time schedule, working at least 4 days per week, including one evening a week and up to 2 Saturdays a quarter.
  • Support future expansion by leading the start of a new practice.

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid dental license in the state of Michigan.
  • Proven ability to meet competitive production goals while maintaining excellent clinical quality.
  • Strong leadership skills and the desire to grow into additional leadership roles.
  • 5+ years practicing as a dentist preferred.
