Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Liquor Stores USA. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide great customer service to every person who walks into our store, answering questions and making recommendations on our products.
  • Transaction Processing: Complete customer transactions at the register, including payment and handling returns.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with stocking and merchandising of store shelves, as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability: Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical Ability: Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Alcohol Server Card: Have or obtain an Alcohol Server Card (we will provide information on how to obtain one).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
  • First Aid Certificate: Considered an asset, but not required.
  • Wine, Beer, and Spirits Knowledge: Training or passion for wine, beer, and spirits is a plus.
