Job Title: Project Manager HCC

At Nevada HAND, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from design to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and close-out.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with design professionals, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with field staff to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget updates, and final project reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in multi-family construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
