Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Representative who can help drive our company's growth and diversification. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in a solution-selling environment, creating opportunities to sell integrated product lines to strategic accounts in the Bank and Credit Union markets, and developing customer-specific sales plans and forecasts to achieve objectives for Cennox Inc. product lines and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a solution-selling environment
- Create opportunities to sell business solutions integrating multiple product lines to strategic accounts in the Bank and Credit Union markets
- Develop and implement customer-specific sales plans and forecasts to achieve objectives for Cennox Inc. product lines and services
- Qualify and prioritize leads to meet and exceed sales targets
- Communicate offerings to prospective clients and negotiate sales agreements
- Prepare and present proposals using word and excel programs, and perform follow-up necessary to close sales
- Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM system
Requirements
- Experience in sales or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial institutions and/or retail organizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 25%
