Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Utility Reliability Specialist

Job Summary:
Collabera is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Utility Reliability Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on utility reliability projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient energy distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for utility reliability projects
  • Document and implement electrical system designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Provide QAQC expertise to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering plus 2-5 years relevant job experience
  • Experience with utility reliability projects
  • QAQC expertise
  • Customer interaction
  • Process documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineering License
  • Experience providing estimated costs, development of a BOM, calculating the CIAC
  • Experience with design tools such as Pole Foreman, O-Calc, Spida-Calc
  • Experience using Distribution Design Studio (DDS) - performing Electric Distribution Design
  • Experience with the Work Management System CREWS
