Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, school-based position. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work directly with students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students to identify areas of need and develop effective therapy plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address communication needs and promote student progress.
  • Provide direct therapy to students with a range of speech and language disorders, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of students across different grade levels, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Qualifications
  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
  • School or pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple student caseloads and prioritize tasks is critical.
