We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fashion Stylist to join our team at Free People. As a Fashion Stylist, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of the Free People brand, embodying our values and driving the store experience on the sales floor.
• Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations, share advice, and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized and genuine way.
• Product Knowledge: Utilize technology to stay informed on events and special offers in-store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.

• Inclusive Environment: Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by being helpful and supportive to colleagues.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Knowledge Sharing: Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.

• Visual Standards: Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards, focusing on the customer experience.
• Inventory Management: Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of products, including new arrivals and re-ships.
• Store Operations: Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, and reduce product loss, upholding all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
