The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses specialized coffee training and experience, with a passion for continuous learning and growth in the field of coffee.
- Excels at crafting specialty beverages and providing exceptional customer service. You thrive in fast-paced environments and maintain composure during peak hours.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, teamwork ethic, and attention to detail. You take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Is naturally outgoing and friendly, able to connect with customers and create a positive experience. You are responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Holds a valid food handler certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- $17-$20 per hour base wage, plus tips (average tips are $9 per hour).
- Base pay increase after a positive performance review within three months.
- Weekends are a requirement for this position.
