Job Summary

We are seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to your supervisor.
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents, as needed.
  • Observe residents during your shift and report any concerns to nurses or other staff members.
  • Keep residents' rooms clean and tidy, changing linens and maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Assist with moving residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terms and nursing care procedures.
  • Effective organizational skills and strong communication skills.
