We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing custom insurance policies for buyers, sellers, and passive investors in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Review transaction agreements, financial statements, and due diligence reports to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Assess parties to the transaction and identify anomalous risks such as changing technology, market forces, political, environmental, tax, and regulatory risks.
- Negotiate escrow, indemnity, limit, retention, pricing, claims period, and other terms of the insurance policy.
- Establish deductibles and specify definitions and subrogation.
- Draft proposals and policy terms, and bind policies.
- 5-10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, risk management, insurance underwriting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of transaction risk insurance and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional compensation package, including annual bonus potential and profit sharing.
