Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OT Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining manufacturing operation data systems, including hardware and software.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement regional standards and guidelines for system governance. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage operational data systems scope based on user requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and outline equipment specifications.
  • Design or manage the design of operational data systems.
  • Manage multiple vendors during deployment of a large-scale project, spanning multiple process cells.
  • Develop validation/commissioning strategy for integrated equipment and systems.
  • Manage the installation, validation, and start-up of operational data systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to drive innovative technology Proof of Concepts and drive Industry 4.0 transformation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence.
  • 5+ years of significant IT, engineering, and/or operational experience.
  • Strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences.
  • Technical background in healthcare, nutritional products, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or similar industries (preferred).
  • Demonstrated competency with financial systems and in fiscal control.
  • Experience in FDA regulated manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or similar experience required.
  • Experience with validation or commissioning documentation required.
  • Experience with powder processing, filling, and inspection technologies strongly preferred.
  • Experience with vision and inspection systems or similar technology preferred.
  • Experience with large capital project delivery and leading a cross-functional project team preferred.
