Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clinic performance by meeting corporate goals and objectives
  • Supervise and train office staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Perform direct clinical work, including phlebotomy, triage, and patient scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures, protocols, and healthcare regulations
  • Oversee billing processes, bank deposits, and monthly reporting
  • Address patient concerns and complaints effectively, fostering a positive patient experience
  • Conduct in-house services, process lab work, and report results accurately and timely
  • Develop and maintain effective communication within the office, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, safety, and healthcare practices, as well as state medical regulations and HIPAA guidelines
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring a clean and organized environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and other software applications
