The LIFE program is designed for residents in specific counties, providing an all-encompassing approach that enables individuals to sustain their independence at home and within their communities through tailored support services. The LIFE initiative presents a variety of person-centered services, ranging from medical care to adult day support, with the primary objective of facilitating individuals' ability to remain in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering food service and nutritional programs within the LIFE Center. Conduct nutritional evaluations, formulate care plans, and ensure that participants' needs are met through high-quality nutritional meals and services. Support the management of the Nutritional Services Department during the absence of the Nutritional Services Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; one to two years of relevant experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
• Must possess Registered Dietitian status or be eligible for registration, along with a Licensed Dietitian credential in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with elderly or frail populations.
• Current registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
