Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, focusing on skill transfer to caregivers and promoting ongoing progress.
  • Provide training and supervision to team members, including Registered Behavior Technicians and supervisees.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and treatment progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist.
  • BCaBA/BCBA Certification, or minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA.
  • Minimum of 1 year full-time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA, AND 40 hours of ABA training.
  • Inherent desire to train, supervise, and develop new team members.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record.
