Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, focusing on skill transfer to caregivers and promoting ongoing progress.
- Provide training and supervision to team members, including Registered Behavior Technicians and supervisees.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of excellence.
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist.
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification, or minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA.
- Minimum of 1 year full-time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA, AND 40 hours of ABA training.
- Inherent desire to train, supervise, and develop new team members.
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record.
