Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team in developing a state-of-the-art platform for identifying and designing new multi-specific medicines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML and computational biology, with expertise in developing predictive models and workflows for ML/Generative AI model development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain novel AI/ML predictive models for identifying drug targets and generating target-binding antibodies.
Lead the engineering efforts in creating and implementing methodologies and workflows for ML/Generative AI model development, LLM advancements.
Use publicly available and proprietary data to build AI pipelines and models for various use cases, including prediction of drug targets and generation of target-binding antibodies.
Actively participate in designing experimental approaches to generate relevant data and validate computational insights.
Develop computational frameworks to systematically characterize results from machine learning models from a biological perspective and provide feedback on improving the models.

Requirements:
PhD or M.S in computational sciences, such as computer science, physics, mathematics, or computational biology, with applications in biology.
Industry experience (2+ years for PhD and 5+ years for M.S preferred).
Expertise in at least one deep learning library, such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, JAX, or keras.
Coding experience in Python, Rust, C++, R, or other languages. Experience with cloud computing (AWS), MLOps, next-generation-sequencing (NGS), and single-cell genomics is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and rapidly growing biotech environment.
