Benefits and Salary
The In-Home Care Provider position offers an attractive salary package, including a base pay of $45,000 per year, plus quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits include a $500 friend referral bonus, employee recognition programs, paid in-service training, and overtime opportunities. We also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities
As an In-Home Care Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our clients in their homes. Your duties may include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing medication reminders and preparing meals. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that each client receives personalized attention and support.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver's license. You must also be able to provide two satisfactory professional references and demonstrate a compassionate, respectful attitude towards our clients.
