We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As an ER RN, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care to patients in critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold care standards within the emergency department.
  • Conduct rapid patient assessments and prioritize care effectively.
  • Facilitate the patient check-in process and assist with initial insurance documentation.
  • Maintain clear communication with medical staff and patients regarding test results and treatment plans.
  • Work closely with laboratory teams to relay critical lab findings to ER physicians.
  • Provide care during emergencies, including trauma, cardiac events, and other critical situations.
  • Exhibit sound judgment in high-pressure scenarios based on patient evaluations.
  • Administer comprehensive nursing care, including advanced procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Active nursing license in the relevant state.
  • Current certifications as required by the facility.
  • Strong understanding of health information systems and technology.
  • Demonstrated compassion, communication, and critical care capabilities.
  • Able to function effectively in a high-stress environment.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, both day and night.
