Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of reporting and analytic operations, including database queries and stored procedures.
  • Develop and implement data management procedures and standards to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Use advanced data transformation techniques to standardize, check, clean, merge, and integrate disparate datasets.
  • Collaborate with data analysts on quantitative data analysis and research projects.
  • Work closely with the Information Technology Unit to support the goals of the Strategic Planning & Analytics unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience with SQL databases, ORACLE, XML, JSON, or similar data systems.
  • Experience with data analysis programming languages such as R, SAS, PYTHON, Stata, or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills in a team-oriented environment.
