Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concessions Barback to join our team at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. As a Concessions Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stands and bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and replenish liquor, beer, and wine from storerooms as needed.
  • Set up bottles on the bar with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
  • Ensure beer taps are working properly and maintain a clean and tidy bar area.
  • Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
  • Bus tables in the bar area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
