About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instrumentation and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required.
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Current BLS Certification required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
