About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the care and preparation of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN.
  • Assemble, set up, and use surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures.
  • Pass instruments to surgeons and their assistants as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and making decisions as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration is required prior to start date.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
