Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner, identifying and directing Service Advisors to their customers.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Vacuum vehicles, install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
  • Parking and Retrieval: Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot, deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor's workstation, and retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the Cashier.
  • Lot Maintenance: Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
  • Additional Tasks: Wash vehicles and run any necessary errands required by the service department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
