Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Spirit Halloween store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards, controlling expenses and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
