  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of banking products and services.
  • Engage in sales initiatives and campaigns to consistently achieve established targets.
  • Oversee and mentor tellers in their daily sales and service functions.
  • Assist clients with account setups, loan applications, and other financial inquiries.
  • Manage vault cash responsibly while adhering to dual control standards.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead the branch team, uphold confidentiality, and implement policy updates.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is mandatory; a College degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in retail banking is required.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory and sales capacity is highly valued.
