Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our team at Conway Cycle Shop. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in diagnosing and repairing faults in motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing routine services, repairing engines, brakes, electrical systems, and other components. They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair faults in motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides
  • Complete routine services, including oil changes and tire rotations
  • Repair and replace engines, brakes, electrical systems, and other components
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Powersports Technician
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
