Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or certification preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a buffet or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
  • Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License and Food Handlers Permit prior to start date.
Working Conditions

This role will be based in a busy gaming environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The successful candidate will be required to work in a smoke-filled environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
