Staff Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse LPN to join our team at La Clinica de Familia Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, perform general nursing duties, and educate patients on health management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
- Conduct patient education sessions on health management, disease prevention, and wellness promotion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Successful completion of LPN, ADN, or BSN program from an accredited nursing school.
- Current New Mexico LPN/RN license and current CPR certification/training.
- Ongoing maintenance of CEUs and adherence to Nurse Practice Act, State of New Mexico.
