Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the NOC shift, working 6:00pm-6:30am. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect resident care while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and assist in the provision of direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures.
  • Orient, instruct, and supervise personnel as needed.
  • Report any changes in resident condition or unusual situations to the Nursing Supervisor promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an approved school of nursing.
  • A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long term care settings.
Additional Requirements

You must also hold:

  • A current RN license in the state of Arizona or a compact state.
  • A Health Care Provider CPR certification.
  • A valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
