This position is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of manufacturing equipment to meet production goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Improving machinery efficiency and reliability through established programs
  • Leading the maintenance team to support production operations
  • Ensuring adherence to inventory control systems and safety protocols
  • Participating in major projects and machine overhauls
  • Supporting the safety program and practicing lockout/tag-out procedures

Requirements:

  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to direct and motivate team members
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and technical guidance
  • Experience in machine modifications and rebuilds
  • Autonomy with limited supervision
  • Detail-oriented with accurate documentation
  • Flexible work schedule and overtime
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of PLCs and ladder logic

Education and/or Experience:

  • At least 6-8 months of maintenance experience

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $38.00 per hour.
