Responsibilities:

  • Work independently to obtain work orders, gather materials, and set up equipment.
  • Perform quality control checks and make minor adjustments to equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with production manager, supervisor, and warehouse personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, reporting any issues to maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may be substituted for formal education.
  • Experience in laboratory manufacturing environments working with equipment having moving parts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds, push paper rolls weighing up to 500 pounds, and stand for long periods.
