About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our clinical areas, ensuring excellence in patient-centered care, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction for clinical practice, identifying best practices in patient care and implementing strategies to ensure consistent standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and develop mechanisms to address any issues or concerns.
  • Facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of unit-specific goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with Interior Health's standards and objectives.
  • Maintain fiscal accountability by monitoring budget variances and taking corrective action to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of local quality improvement and risk management initiatives for patient care services.
