Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS services, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on operational readiness, performance optimization, and compliance. Key responsibilities include managing and operating CI/CD systems, ensuring system functionality and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure compatibility.

Requirements

  • \
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with 3+ years in AWS cloud environments.\
  • Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, KMS, and RDS.\
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and container orchestration using Kubernetes/Docker Swarm.\
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and system management.\
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and deploy effective solutions.\
  • In-depth knowledge of IT security practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001).\
  • Experience with system performance monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch.\
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.\
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.\
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\
  • Clearance: This position requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance as mandated by our federal client. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.\
  • Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year.\
