The Role:

As a seasoned engineer, you'll leverage machine learning (ML) to drive insights from massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering customer-focused solutions. We need your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support high-impact missions across various sectors and domains. As an ML engineer, you'll design and implement pipelines to train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.

In this position, you'll own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You'll collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, solutions architects, and product owners to deliver world-class solutions to real-world problems. Your advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise will guide clients through the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, ML engineering, data research, or data analytics
  • Leadership experience in technical teams and project management
  • Experience in client management and strategic consulting
  • Experience in Generative AI, including transformers or LLM project work
  • Experience with Huggingface, LangChain, or AutoGPT
  • Experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence projects
  • Proficiency in a programming language, including Python, Scala, or Java
  • Experience in deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or signal processing project work
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in LLMOps, DevOps, or MLOps
  • Experience with modern Cloud containerization computing technologies, including Docker or Kubernetes
  • Experience in embedded systems programming in C, C++, or Rust
  • Experience in GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDs
  • Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or edge computing
  • Ability to gather requirements from customers and lead Agile teams
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may be required to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and more. Salary: $96,600 to $220,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
