Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across various retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and growing sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores to place product on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions to ensure our clients' products stand out.
• Display setup and maintenance for various products throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas based on client needs, including full remodels and product placement.
• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device as you complete work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent our company and clients in retail stores within your assigned area.

Requirements

• Enjoy working independently in stores while building relationships with store associates and managers.
• Owning your stores and being the face of our company as you visit stores on behalf of our clients.
• Effectively communicating with store associates, managers, and our team members nationwide.
• Leveraging support and sharing best practices with our merchandising team through closed social media groups and communication channels.
• Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
• Completing work within the provided timeframe and following detailed instructions.
• Reporting your work the same day you complete it.
