As a Merchandising Specialist with Acosta, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across various retail locations. Your primary goal will be to execute a variety of retail merchandising activities to drive sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom of stores to ensure products are displayed on the floor.
  • Stock and pack out products to help customers find what they need.
  • Face products to make sure shelves look their best.
  • Receive and install marketing materials at your home and bring them to the store.
  • Display setup and maintenance for various products throughout the store.
  • Reset displays or product areas based on client needs.
  • Answer simple questions within our field technology on your mobile device.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
Requirements
  • Enjoy working independently in stores while building relationships with store associates and managers.
  • Owning your stores and being the face of Acosta.
  • Effectively communicating with store associates, managers, and our team.
  • Leveraging support from our merchandising team nationwide.
  • Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges.
  • Completing work within the provided timeframe.
  • Closely following instructions to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting work the same day it's completed.
What You'll Need
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
  • A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
