Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our daily operations, ensuring high food, health, and safety standards, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer service matters, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Assist the General Manager in completing weekly reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain high food, health, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize staff and resources to drive efficient and profitable business performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of developing team members.
  • At least 21 years old.
