The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

The Mental Health Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mental health programs, including staff supervision, program development, and client services. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure that they are providing high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and implement programs to improve client outcomes and reduce costs
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in social work or counseling
  • Licensure as a clinical social worker or psychiatric treatment professional
  • At least two years of experience in mental health services and supervision
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
