Respiratory Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our team at Ochsner LSU Health System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and experience in supervising and leading teams.
Responsibilities- Serve as a resource person to the Respiratory Care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Supervise staff through effective human resource management, ensuring that all personnel meet the required standards of performance.
- Act as a liaison between Medical Staff and Respiratory Care department, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- A graduate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a technician or therapist in general adult care, with a proven track record of effectively counseling subordinates.
- Current License as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
- Certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
