Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for patients with various medical conditions, injuries, and diseases in healthcare settings such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides, to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Assist in carrying out physician orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification (demonstration course required).
• 6 months of work experience as an LPN or RN.
• Valid TB screening.
• COVID-19 vaccination card.
• Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (October-March).
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion.
