Key Responsibilities- Lead Data Management Team: Oversee a team of data engineers and analysts to ensure the integration, availability, reliability, quality, security, and integrity of our enterprise data systems.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship expertise, making data-architecture and design recommendations while establishing methodology, standards, and best practices for Data Management.
- Design and Development: Design, develop, optimize, and maintain efficient enterprise data system solutions including ETL pipelines and processes.
- Monitoring and Resolution: Monitor, respond, and resolve enterprise data system and ETL job failures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams translating business requirements into technical design and execution plans.
- Technology Advocacy: Advocate for technologies, frameworks, design patterns, processes, and guiding values of the domain architecture. Ensure compliance with technology standards and best practices.
- Data Governance: Secure our enterprise data and systems establishing data governance practices. Ensure alignment of enterprise data strategy and corporate security policies.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Experience: 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or seven plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: 5+ years architecting enterprise database solutions, 7+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in database design, modeling, and architecture, 7+ years End to End experience with ETL solutions, 4+ years of experience providing technical leadership to team members.
