Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Materials Testing Field Technician Trainee to join our team at Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop a career in construction materials testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field tests on construction materials such as concrete, soils, rebar, mortar, and other materials
  • Document test results and data in a detailed and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with experienced technicians to learn and develop skills
  • Participate in on-the-job training and certification programs
  • Travel to various construction sites throughout the Southeast region
Requirements
  • No prior experience required, but basic construction skills and experience working outdoors is preferred
  • Good driving record and clean criminal record
  • Cleared physical and drug screen
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts and weekends
