Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services within the scope of practice, adhering to infection control standards and the plan of care/service plan.
- Conduct thorough clinical nursing assessments, ensuring patient eligibility and medical necessity for services.
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans, collaborating with other community providers.
- Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meets patient needs, initiating revisions as necessary with physician approval.
- Current RN licensure in state of practice.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Current CPR certification required.
