As a full-time nurse practitioner with Pivotal Health, you will be part of a dynamic team serving the Fond du Lac and Oshkosh areas. Our providers enjoy a unique work environment that allows them to see fewer patients, spend more time with each patient, and have more autonomy than traditional healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general and preventative care to patients of all ages, including children and the elderly
- Conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication as needed
- Perform minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, IV fluid and medication administration, and facilitate specialist referral and/or primary care follow-up
- Travel to patients' homes in a company-provided vehicle, equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment
- At least 5 years of nurse practitioner experience in the Emergency Department, an Urgent Care clinic, or in family practice
- Current unrestricted state license in Wisconsin as a nurse practitioner
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Current national board certification
- Current BLS certification
- Prescriptive authority and DEA license
- Up-to-date vaccinations and boosters, including the COVID vaccine
