POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and order in all assigned guest rooms, while adhering to established housekeeping protocols and safety regulations to guarantee guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
1. Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and supplied with necessary items according to the specified standards while complying with safety and security guidelines.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Collecting waste
  • Changing bed linens and making beds
  • Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms
  • Dusting and sweeping guest rooms
  • Washing windows and balconies (80%)
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by the Executive Housekeeper/Room Attendant, Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.
    2. Organize, stock, and maintain the housekeeping cart in accordance with prescribed housekeeping, safety, and security procedures. (5%)
    3. Receive assigned areas, keys, supplies, and any urgent room requests from the Executive Housekeeper/Room Attendant. Return keys and unused supplies at the end of the shift. (5%)
    4. Address guest requests and communicate any issues or complaints in a courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction. (5%)
    5. Report any lost items, damages, or mechanical issues to the Executive Housekeeper/Room Attendant and return items left in rooms. (3%)
