Job Title: Registered Nurse

Proactive MD is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a champion of our Patient Promise, you will be at the forefront of our clinical operations, providing exceptional patient care and support.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will perform clinical functions as directed by the provider in the clinic, including patient assessments, documentation, and medication management. You will also provide patient health counseling and instruction, ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and pre-examination procedures
  • Document objective and subjective data and assessments in the patient record
  • Assist providers in consultations, treatments, and follow-up care
  • Provide patient health counseling and instruction
  • Manage medication reconciliation, compliance, and inventory
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active and in good standing Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • 1+ year of clinical nursing experience
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
