About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurturing Teacher Leader to join our team at The Learning Experience #147. As a leader in our infant program, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants.
  • Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, sharing information about their child's progress and needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in infant care or related field.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
