Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infant Care Specialist Lead to join our team at The Learning Experience #147. As a leader in our infant program, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants.
  • Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, sharing information about their child's progress and needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in infant care or related field.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
