Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the entire project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, construction administration, and project closeout
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and manage expectations
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Continually seek ways to improve project performance and streamline processes
